Mary and Ken Davidson began working together in the art world in 1976. Mary brought a Masters Degree in Sculpture from Tulane and Ken a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loyola as a background to their quest to explore and teach in the world of art.

The Davidsons have done numerous public commissions of sculptures in Mississippi and Louisiana. Presently, they are located in Saucier, Mississippi and have a studio called Davidson Artworks. The studio is a hub of activity with classes available in stone carving, mold making, bronze casting, enameling, handbuilding and wheel throwing of pottery.

The Davidsons have full facilities to duplicate and cast bronze editions of artworks for other sculptors at the Davidson foundry.
